“I stayed here because of the hurricane on the Gulf Coast. When I arrived there were at least 30 people in line (all with reservations) but only 1 person working at the desk. The young man did the best he could but it took me more than an hour to check in. They had plenty of advance notice of teh storm and were 100% booked by 10 am. I arrived at 4 pm. Why wasn't there more help?”
