“Booked for two people. Three pillows on the bed, one coffee cup and only three nespresso pods. Nespresso machine and pods (actual, not random brand) was a nice surprise. Bed very comfy and the room itself big, airy and very nicely laid out/decorated. Staff excellent, check-in simple and easy. Restaurant, bar and pokies downstairs and the pub next door (Mount Isa Hotel) had some of the best buffalo wings I've had in a long time!”
“Room was great with awesome bathroom and bed really comfy after long day in the car. The air conditioning was great. Out room had a private front veranda that is handy to sit and have drink at night. Staff were very friendly and some good meal choices available.”

“Excellent and very helpful staff that went the extra mile to help. Especially considering the difficult circumstances related to the cyclone in late march 2017. The central location close to the best range of shopping and food outlets in the entire region was very helpful. Very comfortable beds and early checkin after a long overnight train ride was very much welcomed. The cooked breakfast was very good.”
