The Restaurant Mgr. made sure we had a good meal and even replaced an ordered food item since it was not suited to our palate. Staff at breakfast time were very quick to respond to the smallest of requests, with a smile. Check-out was seamless. Full marks to the hotel management for maintaining such high levels of hospitality and service !!”
