“Location of the hotel is excellent and makes it easy to access the Louvre, Notre Dame, Musee d'Orsay, Concorde and Retail Stores. Hotel is nice but small - does not really qualify to be rated a 5-Star. Steam, sauna and small fitness room are useful facilities. Rooms are nice although small. We did not have breakfast as we were leaving early for the airport.”

“Café da manhã razoável, mesas pequenas, desconfortável acesso para sentar, poucas opções de pães, geléias, manteigas, não tinha Nutella. Não havia maquina de café, e o mesmo deveria ser solicitado aos atendentes, que demoravam muito, e mal falavam inglês, o que deveria ser óbvio em um hotel. O hotel estava em reforma, e isso atrapalhou para o conforto. O quarto não tinha espelho.”

“Это ужас!Фотографии не соответствуют действительности!Кровать двуспальная 1,30!!!!!Это пять звёзд?????Белье застиранное серого цвета!!!!!Если встать с кровати,то сразу либо в туалет,либо в коридорчик!Чемодан в номере открыть невозможно!Только если положить на кровать!Персонал китайский,плохо говорящий по английски.На все замечания,говорят что не понимают......Белье могут заменить на белое с доплатой в 70 евро за сутки.Кошмар!”
