“I paid extra to be in a business floor (club floor) with access to the club floor...breakfast...afternoon tea....snacks... the place was full the whole time. plenty of children very noisy, definitely not a place to take or meet customers or suppliers there for business. afternoon tea was definltey not the traditional and so was very disappointed. the same each day, very boring, rather serve sandwiches and scones instead of small, over rated and tasteless cake...the breakfast was terrible with one person making eggs so the queue was often a wait...not impressed with this facility of the hotel rather disappointing as everything else was lovely.”
“Only there for one night and early start the next day, did not have the breakfast but the hotel was great, everything in the room was A1 The hotel is above a large shopping plaza and the metro. The staff were most helpful, we accidentally left some valuables behind, the cleaning people found them, gave them to management who arranged for their forwarding on to us at our next destination. I can only commend their honesty.”

Very nice view from the windows...... Enough good coffee at 25-26 floor..... Good Hotel to stay for few days in Shanghai....... Hope to come back there again...... Just 50 meters from Zhongshang Park subway station......( Line 2 ) Not far from Big Shopping Center ( City Mall ).... Special attention for foreign tourists....”
