“I've stayed here previously so knew what an excellent hotel it is. Tip, book a room with access to the executive lounge upstairs. Free afternoon tea 2.30 to 5.30pm. Free alcoholic drinks and cocktails 5.30 till 9.30pm. food also free which includes pizza a roast or fish vegetables or rice and cakes are also available on evening. Staff at all levels are fantastic, they really want to please and are keen to engage with visitors , one of the friendliest hotels I've stayed in.”
