“We had to go to Michigan because my daughter(who was staying with us at the Residence inn) was having cervical spine surgery and going from the hospital straight to the inn, so I notified them ahead of time explaining that we need a 1st floor, comfortable bed for her and seperate bedroom that she can close the door and her own bathroom. Everything was perfect! Throughout our stay, the staff were amazing and looked happy to go out of their way to help us! The accommodations were perfect for us. We even had a kitchen and fireplace. Beds were very comfortable. Great location, and the prices were really good.”
“This is a well kept property, if a little older. There was a problem with the hot water in the room we booked - it smelled like rotten eggs from a new hot water heater that was installed. They called the maintenance man on Christmas Day to try to fix it and when it was clear it wouldn't be resolved that day, they moved us to a way nicer suite with no extra charge. We appreciated that as we were hosting a holiday get together. They even let us deep fry our turkey down in a common area😁 They really did everything they could to accommodate us and we appreciated it!”
