“This is an older property. Ownership ignores little things that really are big. Use some mortar and close gap on stairwells between molding and wall, will cut down on pests. Power sweep or vacuum stairwells with greater frequency, garbage left in our room from previous guests, no effort to clean between kitchen cabinets or sides of stoves; no general cleaning. Most staff very helpful and professional except one African American blonde who would not stop texting to greet guests. Lakeisha awesome.”
“The staff was friendly, the room comfortable and spacious, the bed was super comfy. Room was clean, and while it did look a little older, it was definitely kept up well. The kitchen amenities were pretty good, including a full fridge for the room, microwave, dishwasher, deep sink, and a small counter top stove (2 burners if I remember right, I didn't use this during my stay). The property was clean, quiet at night, and conveniently near a ton of stuff in downtown. The pool area was nicely done, with a fire pit area, small basketball court, grill, and lots of seating. It was nice sitting out here in the evenings! The breakfast had a good amount of choices, including some items I haven't seen at a hotel before (brie cheese, turkey sausage, etc).”
