“The queen bed was wonderful but the pull out bed was awful. Pillows were ok. The breakfast was average, but the Mixers (M, T, W) are very nice. We were there July 4th and they bbq'd brats, offered a couple of nice salads, and Shock Top beer which were all free gratis. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and even though the 101 is nearby, it was very quiet. There is also a gas station right across the street. The only problem we had was when we paid the bill. It was $30 MORE than when if made the reservations on Booking.com and they told us that they wouldn't adjust it unless we had PRINTOUTS of the rate for EVERY day of our stay. There is no restaurant or bar in this hotel and you will have to go elsewhere.”
“Dishes were put away by maid service dirty. They ran out of food during breakfast. We were charged more than the price quoted by booking.com when we checked out. When my husband questioned it he was told it was because we paid at hotel, which I have never heard of, when you receive your cost at booking that is what should be paid and have in past with other bookings through booking.com.”
