The lady who met us on reception was extremely welcoming and helpful, we checked in early which was great and the location was perfect. Great value for money for the area - would happily stay here again as it suited our requirements perfectly.”

“The location was fantastic, right in the centre, and the price was great too - £90, which was the cheapest in Richmond. Everything is tiny though - I am 5 foot 10, and I was feeling a bit claustophobic by the end. The room had too much furniture for the room, and we literally had to shuffle past each other the whole time. The room got unbearably hot when we showered and I dried my hair, so much so that I was covered in sweat on my face, which wasn't pleasant trying to apply make up for our night out! The hallway was the same, as was the breakfast room, with tiny tables covered in plates and saucers and vases of fake flowers, all of which had to be moved before I could get any food on the table - so irritating, but I do admit this is a pet hate of mine, so maybe its just me. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Also the room was nice and quiet with a great shower”

The room was fine, albeit on the small side (consistent with older London area hotels), and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good in a pleasant room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.”
