“Plentiful parking. Room ready before 3pm - clean . Good drawer and hanging space. Bathroom extras. Given bath robe and slip-ons. Towels changed every day [ but could be of a better quality] . No complaints about plentiful breakfast Hotel very spacious - the lobby, the grounds , the pool [ lifeguard] . Plenty of sun protection. Safe beach access till 5pm to clean beach- lifeguard. PS - Medusas already arriving! . Two good elevators. If needed a good 10 minute walk to the local Azrieli mall but 20 minute walk to main street - lots of local restaurants etc. To old walled city take taxi 15-20 sh; own car parking in old city is 20 sh. MUST have map of old city - easy to get lost. Finally - a slower pace of life This IMO is a top class 3-4 star hotel now beginning to face expanding hotel competition as the city of Akko develops the beach bay area.”

“I was disappointed, the door key opener had to be twice replaced,the staff was not helpful, on check out the computer was down, have not received yet the final account.A particularly off putting fact is to charge immediately for the entire period, card given for security should not be charged only at the end. This is a negative sign!!”

“Loby staff upon arrival was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Unlike restaurant staff where people were very sweet. The hotel looks old, not much looked after and not very clean. The bedrooms are ok, but price is clearly overrated for such a property. Breakfast was ok. Car park very practical. Near Akko (not walking distance though). A bit isolated building close to main roads. Wouldn't recommend.”

“Beach facilities, comfort sleep, breakfast. The rooms are equipped with all necessary facilities: air conditioner, safe, mini-bar, electric cattle. Perfect Wi-Fi. Breathtaking view of Old Akko from the beach.”
“Facilities closed at 6 pm including outdoor pool and beach. Could not get an alcoholic drinks at the outdoor bar. Bar in lobby closed early. Evening wedding music was loud even through closed Windows. Air conditioner settings were broken and it took many hours for the room to cool. No frills room but mostly clean and shower had good water pressure. Good location with plenty of parking. Check in and out was quick and efficient.”
