“River near coorg is a gem of a home stay. In the midst of the coffee plantation and a jungle, literally, it is heavenly. As the name suggests, there is a river nearby and the whole place is simply picture perfect. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The food was excellent and was made as per our liking. The rooms and the bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. Best experience. Fantastic service. It was incredibly peaceful and the place is so picturesque that you will want to visit again.”

“It's amid coffee plantation and close to River Harini. There's good amount of greenery around and one can hear the sound of flora and fauna all the time. Being new property, rooms are new. There's a dining facility on top floor that is roof top. Nearest village called Hattihole is about 15km from Madikeri and can be reached by local buses, auto or cab. The hotel is further 1.2km off the state highway and needs a bit of navigation help for first timers. The owner can organise fishing and trek on demand. He can also help in local sightseeing arrangement. There was free WiFi, which worked pretty well and cable TV. The owner dropped us to Madikeri after checking out.”

“The hotel is inside a coffee plantation next to a beautiful river. Being in a remote but beautiful location, it's perfect for a getway from city life. I really enjoyed the stay here. Staff and owner were very supportive and helpful. Room service menu is a bit costly but the food was tasty and enough quantity was there. Only BSNL has mobile coverage in this location but free WiFi is available, also a common land phone.”
