“I'm too picky in terms of hotels or hostels cleanliness and value for money. First I was too skeptic if the reviews are just true enough to believe and if Rock Hotel is too far from the train station or not and if the room is really [really] clean. But with great surprised, it was EXTREMELY clean-smell -- the bed sheet, pillow covers, floor, and the bathroom. It may sound exaggerated, but you will be surprised. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I forgot the original copy of my police report to show to the US Embassy. I asked the staff on duty if she could help me print a copy of the document I need. With great surprised, she did. I gave her 20 THB for the printing. The Rock Hotel is one thing I would dearly recommend to my friends. Thank you soooooooo much Rock Hotel and Booking.com.”
