“Staff are so friendly and helpful, they are amazing and try to help as much as possible. Breakfast was great (buffet style, western and japanese options too) Location was perfect and Onsen was amazing to finish of the day. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and couldn't be happier.”

Relaxing in the indoor and outdoor Onsens was amazing with great views of the mountain in the outdoor onsen. The happy hour at the bar sitting by the fire was great! Would recommend to anyone! The staff are amazing and always trying to help even with the limited English speaking capability. This is not a 5 Star hotel so if your expecting some sort of extreme service and brand new accommodation don't stay here but if your after a great place to stay close to the mountain with extremely friendly and helpful staff with great food and facilities this is your place!! “Big room, Onsen, Breakfast, Very helpful staff, Always someone English speaking on hand, Quiet, Happy hour, Good quality onsite hire boots, ski's and snowboard's. Great view from room and breakfast room, free transfers to and from bus terminal in Happo. Booked this place purely on price and need to be realistic when doing this and accept that you can't get champagne for beer money as a few seem to forget when reviewing. The position was great and an amazing restaraunt a minutes walk down to the Goryukan hotel which we ate at for four out of our five nights, quality food, service and ambiance, all round good value, give it a try. We ate somewhere else for one night which was recommended by a few and were dissapointed with the food and value. The hotel hot spring Onsen after a day on the snow is just amazing. Thinking about returning next year and would rebook.”
