“The room was in a cottage annex and was very quiet. This suited me, however might not suit all women travelling alone (ask for a room in the main building). Good quality sheets/towels, nice toiletries, larger than usual TV, etc. Restaurant was good quality too. I tried a couple of local pub/hotels for suppers with colleagues who were staying in the area and they weren’t a patch on the food at the Roundabout. The staff were all cheery and helpful and I felt welcome. Breakfast was good and one morning when I was late the server helped me to a take away breakfast/coffee - much appreciated.”

“We had a massive room/suite with an enormous king size bed, huge bathroom and great power shower. Although the hotel was quiet the staff were very friendly and welcoming and we had an excellent meal which was very good value for money. Would definitely revisit.”
