“The hotel staff was always smiling and friendly! They were always happy to help you book tours, boats or even to help you call drivers. It was my birthday during the stay and they made me feel very special by decorating my room and singing happy birthday... so cute! Breakfast was included every day and they had a good variety. The rooms were clean and organized every day when we came back. Our stay was made even better by Ocki Artadi who is a great Duty Manager at the hotel! Thank you!”

“When the shuttle bus to Ubud Center was fully booked one night (it departs three times a day: at 10 am, 14 pm and 18 pm), the staff offered to give me a ride to the supermarket and back again on a scooter. Although they did not have a helmet available I thought this was a very kind gesture.”
