“The Montevergine is in an excellent hillside location, giving access to the best of both worlds. There is the cool country air of the mountain side for relaxation plus the hotel is within easy travel distance for sight seeing and the hustle and bustle of the city and tourists locations. This is the second time we have stayed at the Hotel Montevergine, when we have been visiting family living in the area. On each occassion the staff have been very friendly and welcoming and eager to be of assistance. The room we had was of a good size with doors leading onto a balcony which looked out over the scenic valley. The bedroom was comfortable and cleaned every day (no matter what time you left the room). Having breakfast included in the booking was also a bonus. We would certainly stay here again anytime we are in the area and would recommend this hotel as a base, when travelling.”
