“Went down for breakfast within times we were tol,to find no sausages and no bacon in the buffet, when asked if they could get some more , we were told they would have to cook some more sausages which would have been a wait and they had no more bacon to cook so very disappointed for a best western. Not wanting just a piece of toast etc We asked for a refund which they did.”
