“The room we booked Online looks totally different like the pics on website . Room is dusty with two small beds that my husband is 5'11 tall can't even put his legs straight . I will not consider this is a five stars hotel maybe like 3.5 or 4 stars . A lot of the facilities seem dated . PRO: The staffs are very friendly and helped me a lot. Good location can walk to anywhere shopping centre food shops . Nice pool at the hotel and stylish .”

“Comfortable rooms and pleasant staff. The staff for the most part made sure I was taken care of. The person that checked me in probably wasn't the most friendliest staff member but every other interaction I had with the staff was great. Location was good and close to everything in Beverly Hills. Rodeo drive is a little over a mile away and the Beverly Center is walking distance. Like everywhere else in LA, you need a rental car or you are going to be spending tons on Uber rides. The Pool is absolutely amazing. Great crowd and great service.”
