“The location is excellent with the train station right next to the hotel, and an elevator that is connected to the Yintai Centre. Management addressed my problems promptly and satisfactorily (i.e., my first room had a broken HVAC system after which management moved me promptly to an upgraded room). The cleaning staff is very friendly and patient even though my Mandarin in very limited.”
“Our King Size bed was huge and extremely comfortable as were the two pillows (feather soft) we each had. We were on the 23rd floor, non smoking and very quiet. The location of the hotel was excellent in a central area. Breakfast was excellent with vg choice at the buffet. Inside connection to restaurants and shops adjacent to building (at least 8 floors high) so you didn't have to venture outside if raining etc. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful/friendly, with English speaking staff available. Huge mall 2 minutes from front door (to the left on exit) where there are oo's varying retail outlets and numerous selections of very clean (and deliciously, grilled on skewers, chicken, chicken wings, pork, beef and squid) street food, which I ate twice daily and cheap to buy.”
“Nice Room, Great location at the Downtown. Connect on the 8th floor to a shopping center. Fancy and expensive, but has selection of restaurants. So you can avoid the Cold days of Winter and Humidity and temperature of the hot summer...”
“It's s brand new hotel, with excellent facilities, bed and service. It's not a 5 star Hotel because it doesn't have pool etc but the room is better than many ''chinese' 5 stars. Even have real coffee in the room... Not easy to find in china! The hotel is placed in a shopping mall where the last two floors are full of good restaurants. Nearby there is s night market. Location is great.”
