“Exceptional customer service - We had to cancel one of our rooms, and were informed by Booking.com that we had booked a "Low Rate - No Money Back". The hotel compensated us by providing complimentary dinner for our entire 4 night stay. Some of the staff could speak English well, especially the Night Manager - Ekrem. The Night Manager, Ekrem, gave us a tour of the city that covered Sille, Selcuk University, Meram, Konya Stadium, Karatay and more. Within walking distance to tourist attractions (Mevlana Mueum, Aladdin Hill, and bazaar). Close to public transportation - we took the tram to visit the Japanese Park. Simple, but diverse food selection served in breakfast. Contrary to previous comment, there were chairs in the room and complimentary bottled water at the time of our arrival.”
