“We stayed Safran Hotel 2 nights in Baku and it was good experience. Really friendly staff who were very helpful and informative. I had flu and he gave me hot water in my room, also we left our luggage until at 7pm. Hotel interior was nice. Big and comfy room was clean (but not bathroom). Old but clean linen, perfect mattress. Good heating system. Outside was 15-18 and inside 28 degrees :) Breakfast was good including eggs, butter, bread, apple, cheese, yogurt, sausage, tea/coffee/milk/juice...if you add hot crepes or pancakes would be great! Good location. Excellent value for money.”

“The biggest room I´ve ever had in a hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast buffet was diversified (even with filter coffee), not really far from the next metro station and a shopping centre with a big supermarket (round about 1,200m), quiet location but not far from a main street (with bus stations).”

“Well it was a waste of money booking blindly like that on booking.com the review was pretty good and I was expecting a lot but when I reach there the area was similar to a village no shops no restaurants nothing you have to get a taxi to go anywhere and guess what they didn't even clean my room the other day I had to go down to the reception and inform them to clean I go out for some shopping come back after 4 hours still the room wasn't cleaned than I was its usless telling them anything.”
