Your reservation may be cancelled with a penalty fee if you arrive with additional children.<br><br>Ayers Rock Airport (Uluru, Connellan Airport) is less than 15 minutes’ drive from the resort, and free return airport transfers from Ayers Rock Airport only are available from this airport only. Please note that Ayers Rock is a 1-hour flight or a 4.5 hour drive (450kms) from Alice Spring and Voyages does not provide free shuttle transfer from Alice Spring.<br><br>Please note that return transfers from Ayers Rock Airport to Sails in the Desert Hotel are available for all scheduled flights. For transfers back to Ayers Rock Airport, the coach will collect you from your hotel approximately 2 hours prior to your flight departure. For more information, please contact Sails in the Desert Hotel directly, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.<br><br>Please note individual restaurant opening times may vary seasonally. “The level of staff training and service was excellent at Sails and generally throughout the resort. Staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Food at Ilkari and Walpa was excellent. Bed was very comfy! Ease of walking around the resort and convenient car parking was great. Sails is a comfortable, friendly place to stay for your Uluru/Kata Tjuta experience.”

“Most disappointed bad start our bedroom door left open by cleaner for over 15 mins he strolled back said nothing all our valuables cud have been taken! Had meal first night sick and in bed for 12 hrs, got up for sunrise tour and back to bed! Not one bit happy won't ever get opportunity to get back but never recommend it to anyone! Rip off nd over rated, you've no choice when going to Uluru only 4 hotels”
“I liked the relaxed and friendly disposition of all the staff. Everyone was smiley and looked happy and had time to chat. I liked the effort that had been made to make the hotel unique (e.g. all the indigenous artwork in the rooms and main areas). I don't usually like staying in hotels but this one had soul! Also there was room outside to find quieter spots away from the pool area to relax. Also liked the lemon flavoured cold water by the pool that you could help yourself to regularly. Breakfast range was fantastic. We will be back.”
