The service is excellent, the hosts are very nice and always take part in your day-to-day hotel life - would it be just discussing the weather or giving advice on the nearby dinner places. We had everything needed for a perfect vacation even before we were thinking about it. The sauna is a perfect place after the ski day. If we ever go again to Val Gardena - we will definitely stay there again because we already miss the hilarious mountain view from our room.”
