“I loved the complimentary flavored water and ice tea they had daily all day, plus the delicious complimentary coffee. I loved that they provided towels, chairs and umbrella for the beach. The staff were phenomenal!!!! I can't remember names but they felt like family to me. They were so kind, considerate and helpful. There's not one bad thing I can say about the place.....they accommodated my husband, baby boy and I. The room was a perfect size, bed was comfortable, room was always clean and organized, noise level was just fine, pool area was relaxing and beautiful. I loved everything about this place! 2 thumbs up for me! I highly recommend it!”

“Really good location, very central in South Beach; we especially liked the proximity to the beach, the shopping area in Lincoln Road and the number of restaurants that were near to the hotel; the hotel itself was sufficient, like everywhere in Miami Beach (but especially South Beach) you do pay extra for the location though; so the value for money was ok, but is definitely better in other places. In other words: for a hotel in this price category one needs to amend their expectations when going to South Beach! Was made up for by the friendliness of the staff though, everyone was very helpful but especially the lady at reception, who gave us some great recommendations for restaurants to eat!”
