“The room we were first sent to, on the 6th floor, had a strong smell of cigarettes and we could not stay there. The hotel was full and we were sent to a very small room on the 2nd floor. Next day we were upgraded to a better room on the 8th floor. We appreciate the way the staff apologized and compensated for the problem we had.”

Bed was so comfortable and the room was perfectly done for a trip where you're there to see the city.
