“Parking was atrocious, I'm disabled and had to walk quite a way and uphill was quite a struggle so ended up with a parking fine.. As I had to park closer but apparently bcos of Xmas markets being on the car park was closed to ordinary traffic which I thought the hotel should have informed us of....”
