“On the positive side, this hotel has a great location, our room size was adequate, and the breakfast was good. We has two serious problems with our stay. First, our bathroom sink had several deep cracks, so that the sink emptied onto the floor when we filled it. We were very disappointed to find that we had such an unsanitary room. Our second problem was with the front desk. When we asked where to park, the woman at the reception did not properly identify the name of the parking garage. The sign outside the garage was not the name she gave us.”
