“The staff are extrememly helpful, friendly and all speak perfect English. The wifi has vastly improved since we were there last (although this could have been due to the room we were in on the 5th floor). The breakfast is quality and the choice you have is immense but there are some breakfast gems around Berlin if you're willing to look further a field. Rooms extremely comfortable, cleaned every day and mini bar replenished daily. We've been to Berlin a few times and the Scandic is always our base, it never disappoints!”
