- The property features a 24-hour self check-in kiosk, which is installed in front of the hotel entrance. You can retrieve your reservation and pay directly by credit card. The reception is generally not occupied in the evenings, while in winter it is never occupied, but a telephone service is available around the clock.<br><br>Please note that during winter season, the reception is not staffed but guests can call anytime.<br><br>Please note that the free parking spaces at the Schlosshotel are limited. Public parking at a surcharge is available 200 yards away.<br><br>Please note that the property doesn't serve breakfast until mid-March 2018. Free coffee, juices, and some small snacks are available free of charge during that time. From 25 December 2017 to 07 January 2018, breakfast is served as usual.

The Hotel is a bit further from the train station than some other hotels, but it's located right next to the beautiful castle! Though in the evening the castle and the area around it were not lit up well, I had to walk across this dark area to the hotel.”
