Overnight parking charge of $20 was reasonable compared to many other properties. Staff was friendly enough. Some rooms are dedicated to long-term residency tenants, including many with the oceanfront views and balconies. Beautiful pool area and private cabanas, though uncooperative weather prevented us from taking advantage of those amenities. Direct beach access, including to Bal Harbour's beachfront walking/jogging paths.”
