“Fantastic location - right in the centre of town and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The room we stayed in was quite small, but had everything you needed, including a lovely balcony with views over the lake. Friendly English speaking staff, and we had a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant.”
“A view of the church from my balcony is very nice !!! Helpful staffs. No hot water for coffee and tea in the room”
“Buildings, restaurants, gluhwein, lake, nature, everything”
“The location is good. Hostel at the main area, easy to find it.”
“Comfortable beds, wonderful walk-in shower! Wonderful view of lake, mountains, Markt Square. Delicious food in restaurant in evening.”
“Location is good, but Hallstatt itself does not allow car, so we have to park in the public car park which is quite far away (Euro11 per day), but there is free shuttle from car park to the hotel.”
“Even with the unimpressive service, I might stay here again because of the location. But they know that which is probably why service quality can be sacrificed so much! The bright spots here are the location and the views from the room (although probably anywhere in Hallstatt can say that since it's so tiny!). Having a balcony was awesome too! The bed was quite comfortable.”
“The warm, welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional experstaff The great location and the splendid lake view especially from the cute room balcony The super comfortable bed and warm cosy room The wide and hot shower The special restaurant at the hotel with its tasty local dishes and great wine”
“The hotel is located in the heart of the town of Hallstatt and so is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The town is very quaint and the setting on the lake is magnificent. Besides the natural beauty of the lake and the mountains, the historical signifigance of the 7,000 year old salt mine makes a visit to Hallstatt worthwhile.”
“location view shuttle service to Parking P1 Comfortable pillows and bed Double-vitrage friendly staff good price one room had a lake view, the other had a mountain/waterfall view. Both amazing.”
