“Staff were all lovely, especially Barbara Isobel and Pedro on Reception who we had dealings with. The concierge lady was really helpful too. A welcomed cool drink of Cava or Orange Juice on arrival was very nice. We enjoyed the Adult only aspect despite only being in our 50's it was very peaceful to come and go in the hotel without children running around making noise and around the pool areas. We did not have a transfer arranged back to the airport as we booked direct through booking.com, no problem, the Reception staff organised this for us. We both will be returning to the Tucan for another stay hopefully later this year.”
