“Staff were very friendly and welcoming on reception, Therese and Andrea especially. I managed to break my shoe and Luca the maintenance guy fixed it for me no problem. Breakfast varied and plentiful, although they do finish promptly so don't wander down 5 minutes before end of service and expect a warm welcome! Always a taxi available outside the hotel, cheap way to get around. Rooms clean and well equipped with Tea/coffee making facilities, mini bar, safe. Plenty of wardrobe space, nice bathroom, choice of pillows. Mini bar not excessively overpriced. Hotel reception beautifully fragranced and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the ambiance. Pool towels available with refundable deposit of 10euros.”
