“As always the Shangrila service shines through with thoughtful gestures from check in , eg guy on duty at checkout was great despite stress, cold coconut milk at check in, Bella at lounge attending to us for complimentary live music on wkend from 3 to 5 pm, the pool boys, Aaryn for 1st hr complimentary bicycle ride - NO complimentary bicycle fr Hilton despite advertisement for complimentary bicycle and free shuttle fr Haikou airport (be warned that Hilton Meilan's shuttle goes off fr airport at 3pm). CX flies in at 3.40pm. Btw breakfast is the BEST at the Shangri la!! Best part is Shangrila experience is less than 40% of S'pore price and offers very beautiful views!!!”
