“The staff was amazing! They were very polite and helpful. I had a kneeinjury during my stay (my fault) and they helped to arrange anappointment with a doctor along with transportation. Not only that, theystayed with me all the time in the clinic to make sure I was fine. Theyalso went out of their way to translate the insurance document fromJapanese to English, since the clinic didn’t offer English translation.After we got back, they offered to guide us to the train station as we were traveling the same day. Not only did they help us get to the stations, but they also helped us throughout the whole process from purchasing the tickets all the way to finding our seats on the train. Truly one of the very best hotels that I have stayed in.”
