“Very friendly staff. We wanted a family room with two beds within a room and because the pics on the website were not clear, we emailed them and they clarified promptly that they had 2 types of family room. They even emailed me the pic of the family room to alleviate my doubts. Thanks! Room was very spacious with two TVs. They also provide smaller sized slippers for my kids. That made them real happy! Knowing that we wash our own clothes, the cleaning staff were thoughtful to leave some washing powder for us. Staff at reception counter were helpful, providing us with maps saying that they were happy to help us if we had any problems. Food wise - good selection. Might be a little bit cold depending on where you sit. Behind the hotel is the Geology Museum. My kids love the dinosaurs display there. :)”
