“A bed like a cloud is a problem for us since we prefer a mattress that is firm, not the pillow top type. Wish there had been a choice. Maybe the hotel could save 4 rooms with firm mattresses and offer them ? Otherwise we really enjoyed the fireplace, balcony, happy hour, and staff.”
