“Despite que fact that I am not into golden style of things, this hotel has an amazing decoration and considering their main clients (wealthy Chinese loving golden colour things), all looked neat, uniform and confortable. The service was really good, excellent views from the swimming pool and nice buffet for having breakfast, lunch or dinner. The steps on the carpet made me feel like walking on the air and the bed sheets caressed my skin like an angels. The room had an excellent view and came with many extras for having a nice time.”

Everything was fresh and plenty to choose from and the staff were very helpful the rooms were clean and with all the extras ,the hotel is very impressive ,it is all gold outside and inside just as impressive . The swimming pool and gym first class ,and lots of local restaurants and supermarket is just a small walk from the hotel .At night the views form the hotel looking over the river and city are spectacular”

“Hotel semplicemente imponente di stile barocco dove l'oro si manifesta ovunque. Sia all'esterno che nell'arredamento. La camera molto spaziosa con enorme salone. Cosi era anche il bagno. Abbiamo scelto il Piano VIP (38° piano) con vista sul fiume. Il personale dei piani VIP è molto disponibile. Purtroppo con qualche difficoltà con la lingua inglese. Eccellente colazione presso la VIP lounge. Per quanto riguarda la location lo Sheraton è situato in un quartiere moderno: Il centro città è raggiungibile esclusivamente in taxi in quanto la stazione della metro dista a 30 min a piedi. Alternativa la teleferica !! Personalmente la location è piaciuta molto fuori dal caos di una città' che turisticamente non offre molto con 33 MM di abitanti. La gentile Sig.na Camille (Francese) con perfetta conoscenza dell'inglese Vi aiuterà in caso di necessita.”
