“Nothing the place is over rated. We checked out the following day and stayed at the Hampton on NW 42nd. We were impress with their room and total environment. While I may add thatyour housekeeper was very pleasant and tried to clean the room as expeditiously as possible. It was not her fault that we were given a room that was not clean neither did the television work. We were offered another room but turned it down because we were too exhausted from travelling”

“The hotel is literally a few minutes drive in the free airport shuttle that really does run every 15 mins 24/7, the drivers were great. As I was travelling with two puppies and one 6 month old dog (in crates), I thought we would be tolerated rather than welcomed, but on our arrival at 22.30 we were genuinely welcomed and offered any assistance needed. There is a well lit place to walk the dogs around the car park area right next to the hotel - it’s safe. The room was spacious, the bed super comfy, and all facilities were great. Room service has a good selection to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are in transit through Miami airport.”
