“Staff very helpful and cheerful,”
“The beds were super comfortable. The area was okay. I read a review online for a nearby Friday's but decided to go to chillis instead, and I'm glad I did. I used uber to travel through the city during my stay. If you have an uber account, and don't mind going outside of the hotel to get food do so , instead of the high breakfast cost. (In my opinion) good stay. I always check the bed thoroughly before even sitting down.”
“The location, walking distance from everything we wanted to visit. The beds in the room were comfortable and the staff is really nice.”
“I Enjoyed EVERYTHING. I'm looking forward to MY next stay.”
“The location is good and easy to reach via the airport line train. The room was very large and comfortable (typical of a large business oriented hotel). Was just what I needed after a late transatlantic flight.”
“The bed is awesome and the room is very well sized.”
“We loved Stella, the woman who worked at the breakfast place inside the hotel, super nice, gave my husband a coffee even before she was opened! We could see the Thanksgiving parade from our window.”
“Ease of check-in, location, and the friendly staff.”
“Location It had an indoor pool The staff were awful. They were so rude it made for a very unpleasant stay. Check in process was a nightmare, standing in line for 45 minutes (the line remained long for the length of our stay so we didn't come in on a peak time). Had to pay for wifi. Rooms stained floors and bed covers. Ick The only good part was how close to franklin institute. I must note two exceptions to the horrible staff. The breakfast waiter and cheif And Michael at the front desk. The views from the rooms were nice. The water in the bathroom hot, but don't ask for extra towels.”
“Good breakfast, great servers; nice fitness center, nice view, great location.”
