“The staff are very helpful, specially at the reception (Benny?) and at the bar (Adam). Also the bellman was very courteous. We left one of our bags at the airport shuttle who took us to the hotel. When we mentioned it to the bellman, he ran very fast to catch up the airport taxi near the traffic light, and recovered our bag. It was on Aug. 21st at around 10:30pm.”
