“i booked for a deluxe queen room, but unfortunately the staff missed our booking.. so all the rooms are full on that day. so, lucky for us, the hotel give us the larger room for stay with the same price as our previous booking. overall we got a better room, and better feeling.. nice stay and the staff also very professional.”
