The property is a minute&apos;s walk away.<br>- Guests travelling via car are advised to get off the Shinshu-Nakano Interchange and drive straight for approximately 30-minutes.<br><br>Please note the property is located on a ski slope, and guests cannot drive directly to the property. Please use free public parking near the property. The property is a 2-3 minute walk from the car parking. Please call upon arrival at the car parking if you would like property staff to pick you up from the car park. Property staff can pick up guests between 07:30-17:00. Guests are advised to wait beside Restaurant Green.<br><br>&lt;Facilities and Services&gt;<br>- The property entrance opens from 07:30. Breakfast is offered between 07:30-08:45, and dinner is offered between 18:00-19:00.<br>- The property offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out in the basement.<br>- The property offers post service. Please contact the property directly for more details.<br>- Please note the hot-spring baths go through cleaning every day in the morning.
