“Great staff who were always happy to help two non Japaneses speaking guests. Great location just across the road from the ski lifts. Good storage area for ski equipment. Good WiFi. Nice food selection for all tastes. Good public baths.”

“電気自動車🚘で、電池切れ寸前でホテルまで20キロ以上あるところで、必死の思いで連絡したところ近くの道の駅を教えてくれて、やっと充電出来ました。ホテルには充電設備も整って、無料で、一晩かかって充電してくれました。ホテルにたどり着いたのも9時過ぎなのに夕ご飯も快く用意してくれて歓迎してくれました。本当にありがとうございました。その後のお風呂は最高でした。”
