“The view from the rooftop bar and terrace is extraordinary. The terrace was open, even in November, and they give you a blanket if you opt to sit outside. Nice choice of various Japanese whiskies in the bar. The tiny single rooms are very well designed, so that they feel luxurious despite their size. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of sockets to charge your gadgets too. I liked the little outdoors seating area at the entrance as well.”

“Nice standard hotel with a variety of hotel room options. For tokyo I think a standard room is fine considering who wants to spend a long time in the room with so many things to do and eat in the city! 24 hour reception is also great. We went on a short trip of a few days and they kept our luggage for us for free provided we had another night in their hotel.”
“Excellent view, comfortable bed, deep, elegant claw-footed tub in a spacious bathroom on the 15th floor. Elevators arrived in a timely manner, too. There was two entrances/exits to the hotel making for easy access. Even though we were right in the thick of things, inside our room it was very quiet at night. Our first time to Japan, Tokyo was on our must-see list. We researched a number of neighborhoods and Shinjuku won out. I'm not at all dissatisfied we chose this hotel and location for this initial visit.”

“Room was really small (like they usually are in Tokyo), but the high ceiling made it feel more spacious. The bed had a weird extra block that wasn't really needed and would've been better used as floor space for packing. The room was clean and warm, and had water bottles which was a nice addition. Not enough table or floor space for a longer stay as there wasn't really room for spreading out your suitcase and belongings.”
