“I am extremely happy with this hotel, the staff and the management! Every detail was taken care of with excellence! The food was delicious and beautifully displayed, the hotel was extremely clean, beds comfortable, shower wonderful and our conference room was amply stocked with coffee, cakes, fruits and cleaned perfectly. One word about the staff...they have been trained very well. They are polite and exercise excellent customer service. I have never experienced that level of customer service in Israel!! Bravo!!!! Me and my friends had no complaints at all and look forward to visiting again in the future!”

“I stayed in hotel once paying almost 5000 pounds a night and i didn't like it much there was something missing somewhere always . i must admit i took leap of faith booking at Erna Shtarkman Boutique . I was so happy there the clean sheets ,the lovely professional menu , the ever smiling caring staff, spreading happiness everywhere, the artistic decor . the room was spacious and fully equipped with toaster ,micro wave ,espresso machine ,variety of tools and accessories to make drinks , including mineral water ,and not forgetting the latest technology entertainment if you like,AND IF YOU LIKE LISTENING TO BACH IN D MINOR PIANO ERNA; IS THE PLACE TO GO . to sums it up , it was my little slice of heaven tucked away in Nahariyya ,Israel. “The room (i believe Room 306) was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for two people. Even a view to the sea, which we didn't expect. The breakfast buffet was spectacular, fresh and bountiful. Fish, cheeses, countless salads and fresh pastries and bread. The apple streudel was sensational. This is a family owned and operated boutique hotel. I believe 2nd or 3rd generation, with an interested wall of family photos documenting the family's European history. It is run by one of the daughter's who was on-site and extremely helpful at check-in and beyond. I would stay here again. :)”
