“The hotel itself was beautiful. Some staff spike no English which was a challenge. Our shower head was leaking and we told front desk and within 10 minutes they had a new one and installed it. I would stay there again except the breakfast was not up to the standard of the hotel.”
“There is really not 1 negative thing I could tell about this perfect & beautiful hotel. It's in Colonial style, with lot of wooden furniture, also in the rooms...very beautiful. The room was large, the bed was large and comfortable. The staff was very, very friendly & helpfull !! The swimming pool is very nice, with good relaxing beds. The shower is very good, there was also a jacuzzi in our room. The WiFi was very good, all 7 days that we stayed here. The price/quality ratio is highly attractive: very much value for reasonable prices”
“Loved the location. We wanted to stay in the ancient city section of Chiang Mai and this was perfect. Easy access to the new city section. Lots of decent restaurants nearby. The property is lovely and quiet. The pool area is very pretty. The bathroom was clean. The mattress was hard but what mattress in SE Asia isn't? :-) Breakfast was perfect. I will return to Sirilanna Hotel.”
