This was second time that I stayed there - it was extremly pleasant how reception staff treated me... starting fron "nice to see you again" to providing free bottle of water and also handling payment issues we had... people who work there and cosy, spacious, clean rooms really do make a difference. I chose this hotel even if there were other options closer to where I spend my time during the day. Honestly, being a frequent traveller - even the small things they provide - you have even a toothbrush set, which you most probably will not use, but it's so nice to see that they think about guests- just in case something is missing- it's there. Many of even well known brand hotels simply don't do that.”
