“We called from the airport to see if there is any shuttle available and the hotel organized a taxi right away (even though we had to pay it afterwards - 10 euro for a 40min drive, so super nice). When we arrived the staff was super nice and friendly and upgraded us to a luxury room. It was the best! The room, the breakfast, the staff: excellent! I would immediately go back to this hotel :) !”

“Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the English-speaking office manager Tilek, who were always determined to make sure I was well looked after. I needed an electric adaptor and also some help when I was sick; everyone was very attentive and concerned. The location is also very good and easy to find, and the rooms clean and attractive - and for Astana in the summer, reasonably priced. Breakfast was pleasant, if more to Russian tastes than Anglo ones.”

“Заселились буквально на несколько часов для отдыха придлинной стыковке. Всетретили ночью в аэропорту, по дороге сделали мини экскурсию, быстро поселили в просторный уютный номер. В общем получили максимум внимания, особенно порадовал персональный вкусный завтрак при том, что выселялись мы рано. Спасибо внимательному персоналу!!!”
“В целом не плохой отель. Не большие проблемы персонал старается решить побыстрее. Завтраки на 4 с минусом, но хотя бы были. Из существенных недостатков в здании караоке клуб, слышно даже на 3м этаже где нас поселили. На 1-2 дня проездом или по дела, рекомендую. ”
